Thayer Vinton
With a wide ranging business background, from startups to leverage buyouts to turn-arounds, CEO Thayer Vinton seeks to build the premier Industrial & Commercial Mechanical Service Provider in Texas through long-term client relationships and by attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. An entrepreneur and an Eagle Scout, Thayer seeks to be a servant leader, an approach that was reinforced during his time at Dallas Baptist University where he earned his Bachelors and MBA. Look for Thayer out in the field, where you might catch him running the jetter or bringing water to the rooftops for the crew in summer.
